Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Preplo platform or website operated by Preplo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, requesting early access, or using any part of the Preplo service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, and have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Preplo is a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) platform designed for food and beverage businesses. The service includes order management, kitchen display, reporting and analytics, an AI-powered business assistant, and associated management tools.

The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Accounts and Access

Account Registration

To use Preplo, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Authorized Users

You may create staff accounts (managers, cashiers, waiters) for individuals employed by your business. You are responsible for ensuring all authorized users comply with these Terms.

Account Security

Notify us immediately at hello@preplo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a way that disrupts normal operation
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your business
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the system
• Use the AI chatbot to generate or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of sign-up. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a billing date if you believe a charge was made in error.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your business data (orders, menus, customer records, etc.) stored in Preplo. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your account, at which point your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter into Preplo complies with applicable laws, including data protection obligations toward your customers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Preplo platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in AI-generated insights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preplo and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we cease operations.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email (for active subscribers) and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
