Customer directory
Profiles show total orders and spend, average order value, first and last visit, tags and order history. Cancelled and voided orders are excluded from totals.
Saved delivery addresses
Returning customers do not have to spell out their address again. Their previous addresses, name and phone carry through to checkout.
Credit accounts
Let trusted regulars run a tab and settle it later, without a notebook. Settlements are recorded as cash or bank payments and feed the cash drawer and cash flow.
Customer messaging
Send a customer a WhatsApp message from their profile, and keep the message history there.
